Korean soybean paste (doenjang)

mayonnaise

honey

sweet rice wine (mirim)

garlic
finely minced

fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Grease a baking dish and place salmon fillet; set aside.
To make the soybean paste glaze, combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Spread the glaze over the salmon.
Bake for 15-18 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to the thickness of the salmon fillet. Be careful not to overbake. Serve hot with rice.
