This Korean soft tofu (silken tofu) takes less than 5 minutes to prepare using a microwave. It's a quick, healthy, and delicious side dish or a light meal to vegan &vegetarian dieters.
silken tofu
soy sauce
Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
Korean soup soy sauce (gukganjang)
water
sesame oil
sesame seeds
green onion
Take the tofu out of the package and gently place it on a microwave-safe plate. Warm it up for about 45 seconds in the microwave.
Make soy chili sauce: Mix all the soy chili sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Spoon the sauce over the entire block of tofu. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
