Add little water: Put sprouts in a pot and pour in 4 tablespoon of water.

Steam: Close the lid tightly and let the sprouts cook over medium heat for 6 minutes. Do not open the lid.

Toss in a pot: Remove the pot from the heat and open the lid. Stir and toss. Wait 30 seconds and drain.

Season: Add garlic, green onion, Korean soup soy sauce, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, salt, and toss well.

Serve at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This salad will keep in the fridge up to 1 week.
