Ingredients

Step 1

Prepare radish pickle, burdock root (optional), & imitation crabmeat.

Step 2

Cook shredded carrot and fish cake until soft.

Step 3

Thinly slice pan-fried beaten eggs.

Step 4

Season blanched spinach with salt, sesame oil, & sesame seeds.

Step 5

Spread seasoned rice onto a seaweed sheet thinly. Lay a half sheet on top.

Step 6

Build up vegetable fillings on top of half sheet of seaweed.

Step 7

Roll kimbap tightly using a bamboo rolling mat.

Step 8

Slice and enjoy your creation!
