Instructions
Soak dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes until it gets triple in volume.
Heat oil in a soup pot over medium heat, saute onion for 2 minutes. Add the seaweed and continue to saute for 1 minute and add water and fish bouillon cube. Cover with a lid and bring to gentle boil. Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for 10 minutes until the seaweed gets tender.
Add the tuna and garlic, and heat through. Season with Korean soy sauce for soup .
