Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tightly packed parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped oregano or 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 onion finely minced
  • 3-4 garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 -1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Choice of your beef steaks

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl combine parsley, oregano, onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, chili flakes and salt; mix wel. Set aside for the flavor to mingle.
  • Heat up the grill until it is very hot. Season your steak with salt and pepper generously. Grill to your desired done-ness. Medium is preferred.
  • Serve with chimuchurri sauce.
