Strawberry Kiwi Tiramisu (No Alcohol Recipe)

This strawberry kiwi tiramisu is made without the alcohol. Italian ladyfinger cookies are brushed with fresh orange juice. Mascarpone cheese and white chocolate brings the delightful taste. Easy and quick!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces white baking chocolate melted and cooled
  • 1 8 ounces pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 pkg (3 ounces each) ladyfingers
  • 4 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • fresh strawberries and kiwi sliced
  • chocolate syrup optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix cream and powdered sugar, beat until soft peaks form.
  • In another bowl, beat cheeses until light and fluffy. Beat in cooled chocolate, and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream.
  • Mix orange juice and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush the top of each ladyfinger cookies with the juice mixture until moistened; arrange in a 13x9-in. dish. Spread with half of cream cheese mixture; top with half of the strawberries and kiwi slices. Arrange another layer of ladyfingers brushed with juice over the fruits. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture and fruits.
  • Cover with a plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 2-12 hours. If desired, drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
