Creamy Potato Salad with fresh herb

May 28, 2019 by Holly Ford 3 Comments

Creamy Potato Salad

Creamy potato salad is a dreamy side dish for any summer BBQ and potluck party. Tender and flaky potato chunks with crunchy bits of fresh celery covered in creamy dressing makes this salad to be one of the best potato salad you can eat. The addition of fresh dills are not to be missed here. chicken-casserole

When the weather goes bad, and eating out is not an option, I need to come-up with something to feed hungry people in my family. They could easily fix their own ham and cheese sandwich, but returning home with frozen body after playing hard in the snow outside, I feel like I better feed them something more soothing and satisfying. What a thoughtful mother and ...

Old Time Beef Stew, the ultimate winter comfort

February 8, 2012 by Holly Ford 37 Comments

Everyone has their own way of making beef stew more flavorful. Some adds tomato sauce, some pours fancy red wine or beer, some throws herbs and even orange zest... Me? I just use water. Yes, water with a couple of beef bouillon cubes for the intense beef flavor. ...
